What are web mini sites?Web Mini Sites or Single Page Sites are used by information sellers or affliates. They only sell one product. The site normally consist of a sales page, a contacts page, contact forms, disclaimer page, an affliate page, affilate back up pages, sign up forms and supporting pages that link back to the sales page. These supporting pages normally have articles etc that presell you on the product the site is promoting and then piont you back to that sales page. NB Please note that I did not say the seller only had one product, but that the seller only uses this site to sell one product.

Now in some cases, if you do not have affliates and just use ads to drive clients to your sales pages, you can just have a one page web mini site. But very few people are able to do this succesfully. And I mean few. Here is the catch. I gaurantee when most "gurus" say they have a "one page site that brings in thousands" that just having one page is not whats "doing it". No it will be the 5 other techniques to drive business there thats doing it. Such as web ads, email ads, article submittion, list purchasing and other advanced techniques. So tread carefully and read the small print. Definately not just the one page web mini site. Now how would you use a web mini site for your business? Expecially if you are a service provider.Well lets say you are an accountant or a hairdresser. And you're an expert in one special field - let's say income tax variation or touching up perms. Now in both examples you can do them from your office or shop, but neither make money. And most people can do it themselves with just a little help. So you write a 15 page manual on the subject. It includes all the things you need to check, all the things you need before you start and a step by step guide. That way you can multiple yourself, something that most service providers find difficult to do. Now that report is worth $47. But you do not want to go spending tens of thousands on a web sites and hoisting and answering letters etc. So the answer is a web mini site, you build or get built a sales page, a contact page and a disclaimer page. You put the product onto Clickbank, and then put the PDF of the Report on your server. Total time once the sales copy is written about 15 hours, and that includes all the visual bits. Now you have a product out in the market. OK now lets say you sell 150 of these a year, 3 a week. Not difficult that's $4,050 a year. Not enough to retire on, but let us say you then learn about this and get 5 affiliates to also sell 3 every 2 weeks each. Now that is $1,755 per year extra, because you give them 50%, so your income is now $5,805. Now if you have 5 of those sites that is $29,025 a year, again not retirement on your own island, but lets be realistic. If you have a full time job and can get an extra $25k a year with little effort… and that is the key, little or no effort and a full time job then you will be laughing. OK that's good but imagine this. You learn how to double your sales, BAM $58,050 a year. This is the stuff you read about and say, "How did they do that?. Now you have the answer. Is this real? Yes. One of my friends did this and sells his book for $197 US. He is taking in about $4,000 a month when he just does nothing. Or $48,000 a year, everything else is automated. (It cost him about $10,000 to do, and a few weeks of putting it together, now he has just done it all again for about $1,000, but with a much better result) Nice work if you can get it.
